Transalpina (DN 67C) is a national road in the Parâng Mountains, in the Southern Carpathians. It is the highest road in Romania, with the highest point at Pasul Urdele (2,145 m). The road connects the towns of Novaci in the Gorj county and Sebeș in the Alba county.Transalpina crosses four counties - Gorj, Vâlcea, Sibiu, and Alba - passing through the Parâng Mountains from south to north, with the highest altitude being on a section of about 20 km in Vâlcea county, where it presents itself as a `ridge road`, passing close to the peaks of Dengheru (2,084 m), Păpușa (2,136 m), Urdele (2,228 m), Iezer (2,157 m), and Muntinu (2,062 m).Property structure: - on the ground floor there is a spacious living room and for those who want to cook, we provide a fully equipped kitchen, appliances, dishes, etc.- upstairs there are 4 rooms with double beds and private bathrooms, TV, and wireless internet.
