Casa Family is a new, modern location, located in the village of Sohodol, 8.3 km from the town of Bran. It is the perfect place for families with children, as well as for those who want to spend their free time in the mountains, away from the city, in a peaceful and comfortable environment. The villa is surrounded by its own garden with fruit trees, covering 11,000 square meters. The cheerful mood of our guests can be complemented by the fireplace during winter time. The villa offers 4 double rooms with private bathrooms (3 rooms have balconies, the fourth has access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms equipped with hairdryers), a living room, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, etc.). The villa is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and is rented in its entirety. Facilities offered: Gazebo with Smart TV, covered and equipped grill, cauldron, mini-gazebo, Wi-Fi, fireplace in the living room, smart TV in the living room, outdoor terrace with mountain views, central heating system, parking, possibility to ride a horse-driven sleigh, the opportunity to ride ATVs or have fun in the mini-cars park, baby cot and high chair, garden furniture such as loungers, hammocks for adults, a trampoline, slide, swings, playhouse, zip line and chairs for children. Additional information: The villa is rented in its entirety for a minimum of 2 nights. Firewood for the fireplace is available for an extra charge. We do not accept vouchers or holiday cards. Teenage parties are not allowed. Reservation is made with a deposit. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. The price varies during holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, as well as during the period between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Already booked for New Year's Eve 2024!
